Back on January 27, 2010, I had the pleasure of interviewing Calgary Designer - Caitlin Power. Click HERE to read the interview. I consider Caitlin to be an extremely talented designer, so I was super excited to get an invite to see her Fall 2012 collection.
On Thursday June 14th, I had the pleasure of viewing Caitlin Power's Fall 2012 collection at Sit, (a new pop-up in the Design District on 11th Ave SW)
The collection was brilliant, in fact, I fell in love with a few pieces. However, I was actually blown away by er men's pieces - so sleek.
The Creative Mixx is happy to announce a new giveaway (for Canadian Residents Only) starting today - Sunday June 10th, 2012.
[To all my followers outside of Canada, stay tuned for the next giveaway - It will be open to residents worldwide]
If you're an Albertan, then you've probably heard of George's Cream. Known as one of Canada's top selling therapeutic skin moisturizers, George's Cream works on problem skin where others have failed.
Last April, I was approached by MB Communications and asked if I'd be interested in giving their latest product George's Light Special Moisturizing lotion a try. Eager to find a reliable lotion that will consistently protect my skin from Calgary's harsh winters, I said "YES! Please send me a sample!"
Now, I have lived in Calgary, Alberta for 7 years and I'm afraid that I had never heard of George's Cream - can you believe it???
Anyhoo, now that I've tried the products, I'm officially hooked. George's Light Special Moisturizing Lotion is the lighter version of George's Special Dry Skin Cream. It's gentle enough to be used daily (which is exactly what I did) and by those who have sensitive skin. In my opinion, the "light" version is still a bit thick, but I happen to like that consistency. It was easy to work with and my skin was left feeling soft and supple.
I also like that George's Cream is: - a non-prescription therapeutic skin moisturizer with no additives - fragrance free - provides relief from several different types of skin conditions - recommended by dermatologists, pharmacists and physicians
So Canadian followers, I'd like to treat one lucky reader with these great Alberta made products that promise to soften your dry &/or itchy skin. Valued at $35.00, here's what you'll get!
A gift bag with George's Cream Special Dry Skin Cream (450g jar & 30ml tube) AND George's Light Special Moisturizing Lotion (360 ml bottle & 30ml tube).
